CheckFree Bill Pay
Important News for our Bill Pay users!
20th Century Fox Federal Credit Union is switching to a new bill pay provider. After Tuesday, March 21, 2017, you will no longer be able to use the current bill payer program. After March 21, 2017 access will be removed from the old Bill Pay system and any future bills will not be paid. As a result, any bill scheduled to pay after March 21, 2017 and any scheduled recurring bills will not be paid until it is entered into the new Bill Pay system and scheduled. Please be prepared to pay bills using other methods if necessary.
To ensure a smooth transition please consider the following important items:
- Bill Pay history will NOT be transferred to the new system. You will need to print or copy your Bill Pay history before March 21, 2017.
- All your payees and all scheduled bill payments will NOT be automatically transferred to the new Bill Pay service. We have attached a payee data collection form as a tool for you to use to record your payee information.
Steps to obtain your payee information:
- Log in to Virtual Branch
- Select the Bill Pay tab
- Go to Payees
- Click View Payees
- Click on Edit
The new CheckFree Bill Pay will be available for you to enroll on Thursday, March 23, 2017.
