Virtual Branch Online Banking will be updated on February 10, 2022
Virtual Branch Next will improve your digital banking experience with some great new features including some user-friendly icons and more information available at your fingertips.
1. Supported Browsers- all users should use the current versions of Internet Explorer®/Edge by Microsoft; Chrome® by Google and Safari by Apple®
2. New Logon Screen- the logon ID and security code are now on the same page.
3. Credentials: Logon ID
- Can be from six to 50 character
- Does not allow Login IDs that contain member number, Social Security number or email address
Security Code (password)
- Case sensitive
- Minimum of nine characters
- Maximum of sixteen characters
- At least 1 upper case character
- At least 1 lower case character
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character !@#$%^&*
- Cannot reuse the past 10 security codes
- Must not have spaces
- Must no have same character used three times in a row
- Must not have more than six sequential characters from logon ID
- Cannot contain the last four digits of the Social Security number
- Cannot contain month and date of birthdate
- Cannot contain the word password
- Cannot contain the word password with “zero” for the letter “O”
- Cannot contain “Fiserv” in any case combination
- Cannot contain QWERTY in any case combination
- Cannot contain 123456, abc, or asdf
4. Required phone number and email address- the first time a user logs on, they will be prompted for a mobile number and unique email address if one does not already exist in the online banking system. A mobile number should be used, but any valid phone number is currently acceptable.
5. Combined Overview and Account Access pages- the new landing page now presents in a tile view with expandable tiles of the member’s relationship, including deposit and loan accounts, upcoming transfers and upcoming bill payments. The member has the option to toggle to the traditional list view.
6. Print history- Print link will display a printable page that can be saved to the computer or sent to a printer.
7. Check withdrawal - You can now request a check withdrawal with just a click of a button on your account detail page.
