Fox Federal Credit Union was built from a community of Fox employees with the philosophy of the credit union movement “People helping people”. When you join, you not only become a member, you also become a part of our credit union family. We have been exclusively serving Fox employees for nearly 90 years since the first Fox employee joined in 1933. We can help you navigate the sometimes difficult financial roadmap so you can focus on achieving your career goals at Fox. Fox Federal Credit Union serves 3500 members and is open to all employees of Fox Corporation: Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox TV Stations, Fox Sports, Fox Studios, and groups under 21st Century Fox and News Corp.

5 Facts You Didn’t Know About Fox Federal Credit Union:

  1. Becoming a Member Means Becoming an Owner. Banks are owned by shareholders; credit unions are owned by their members. If you are a member of a credit union, you are a part owner. When you become a member of Fox FCU, you get a share account. That account represents your share of ownership. One of the benefits that comes with ownership is the ability to elect the Board of Directors. Board members are voted upon by the members of the credit union in a democratic election process.

  2. Credit Unions are Not for Profit.  A bank’s main goal is to turn a profit. Fox FCU’s not for profit status allows earnings to be returned to members in the form of higher dividend rates on deposit accounts, lower loan rates and minimal or no fee services.

  3. ATM and Branch Access is Easy. Fox FCU has options for you to do your banking remotely or if you happen to be on the Fox Studio lot or in the News Corp. building, there’s a full-service branch for your convenience.

  4. Fox FCU Helps Members Pursue Their Financial Goals. The credit union works together with members in a real partnership to help them plan out and stay on track toward their financial goals by providing services and considering the right approaches for members of all income levels.

  5. You are Eligible for Credit Union Membership. As a Fox employee, you are automatically eligible for credit union membership and once you become a member, your immediate family members can also join. Once a member, always a member means that even if you leave Fox you can remain a Fox FCU member for life.
